Access Learning Content provides professionally curated resources designed to support continuous development across your organisation. The content library offers flexible learning options that fit into busy schedules and diverse learning preferences, with multiple ways to discover and access what you need. Access Learning Content is available in three tiers: Discover, Explore, and Pro. Each tier provides different levels of access to the content library and features available on your site. Follow the relevant guidance to learn more about the available tiers.


Navigating Access Learning Content

The Access Learning Content homepage displays a featured theme with curated content on specific topics. You can browse featured content from the belts on the homepage, view upcoming live classroom sessions, and explore expert profiles.

The navigation bar at the top of the page provides several ways to find and explore content.

Browse

Explore content organised by topic categories. Select a category to view available content filtered by type, including Live sessions, Video, Nanos, Audio, and eBooks.

Experts

View the industry professionals who create learning content. The dedicated expert area displays information about the authors behind your resources.

Channels

Access industry insights and professional discussions. Subscribe to channels to receive notifications about new content and join conversations with peers and experts.

Portraits

View your personalised learning insights, including engagement metrics, favourite experts, reading habits, and favourite categories. Portrait displays your learning activity and preferences.

Search

Find specific content by entering keywords or topics. Search helps you quickly locate resources and experts that match your immediate learning needs.


Main Menu

The main menu provides quick access to key features and settings. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the homepage to open the menu. This displays your name, licence type, and the options in the following table.

Manage your learning focuses and the languages of the content and your site.

Email Preferences

Set how you receive communications, including content suggestions, team notifications, licence updates and new release alerts.

Analytics

Opens Analytics, where you can view usage trends, user engagement metrics, content performance data and insights about how your users are accessing content. This option is only available if you have the administrator role.

Log Out

Logs you out of your account and returns you to the login screen.
