Information about the product tiers and features that are available in Access Learning Content, understand the differences and how to upgrade.

The features you have access to in Access Learning Content depends on the product you have with us.

You can have one of the following products, detailed in the table below.

Explore (Bookboon Standard)

Explore unlocks the full content library with access to expert-written articles and the Channels feature, allowing you to connect with industry insights and professional discussions.

Pro (Bookboon Plus)

Pro provides complete access to the entire content library, including Classrooms that offer guided, real-time learning sessions with live chat facilitated by hosts.


Feature availability by tier

Discover tier content

Discover tier administrators can see content from higher tiers when browsing Learning Content, even if their current subscription doesn't include access. Premium content appears with visual indicators showing it requires an upgrade.

Locked content displays with blurred or darkened images and a Premium Content label. You can view content details but cannot access the full material without upgrading your tier.

Use the premium content filter on the browse page to view only premium content and see what would become available with an upgrade.


Upgrade your tier

As an administrator, you can request information about upgrading your Access Learning Content product tier.

When you encounter locked premium content, an upgrade prompt appears at the bottom of the screen. Hover over the prompt banner to view more details. Click Contact our sales team, then complete the request form with your information.

The Access Group sales team will contact you to discuss your needs, demonstrate the features available in higher tiers, and help you determine the best option for your organisation.
